Holt Dairy Building

2169 North Cedar Street, Holt, Michigan

Status: Still Standing

Opened: 1946

Architect: Unknown

As the Holt Dairy Company relaunched in 1946, co-owners Bill Fudge, George Yonkers, Eustace Roggow, and Bud Dart, built a headquarters and Dairy Bar for the business. This facility was where the horse-drawn delivery wagons, and later delivery trucks, were based. Most of the front portion of the building was used as a Dairy Bar with a bar for twelve and ten four-person tables. The Holt Dairy closed in 1969.

The building later housed TBC Sports, Inc., and Scooter’s Pro-Cycle since 2016.
