Opening around 1963, the Norge Laundry and Cleaning Village was owned and operated by Tony Paradise from 1963 through about 1971.

In later years it was occupied by Action Auto, around 1981 to 1984, Jackson Co-Op Federal Credit Union, 1986-1989, Charity Baptist Church, circa 1989, then Needful Things Consignment Boutique, and subsequently brief stints as Incu-Bake, and as Sticky’s breakfast establishment.
